Neon Trees
Punky, poppy alt-rockers Neon Trees got a big break when drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr. of the Killers caught their set at a Las Vegas club and invited them to open for the Killers during their 2008 tour.
Neon Trees released their major label debut, Habits, in 2010 and saw it reach number one on the Billboard Alternative Rock chart. The four-piece band from Provo, Utah, got more national exposure in the U.S. in spring 2011 when they appeared as openers on My Chemical Romance’s North American tour. The single ‘Animal’ reached number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart.
